Listing Manager

The Listing Manager is an individual passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. The Listing Manager will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals. This individual may be assigned various listing duties such as scheduling appointments, spearheading client communication with seller clients, launching marketing action plans for listings, and supporting the Lead Listing Specialist in their duties.

The Listing Manager is deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his/her own skills and developing into a leader within the team. As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure all pre-listing checklists are conducted and executed consistently
  • Communicate clearly and often with clients
  • Support the Listing Team in every aspect
  • Accountability partner to the team
  • Maintaining standards and operations manual
  • Building and implementing systems
  • Strategy planning / problem solving
  • Marketing and pricing strategizing
  • Creates action plans for all that needs to be done

  • 3+ years of customer service and management experience
