A Buyer’s Specialist’s responsibilities include taking buyer clients on showings, accompanying clients at inspections and additional appointments, hosting Open Houses, and building relationships with like-minded people.
What will you do?
- Cultivate relationships and convert leads
- Maintain lead follow-up system
- Book and conduct consultations
- Maintain a 4-1-1, buyer’s pipeline, and metrics sheet
- Setup searches
- Agent duties: showings,inspections, walkthroughs, etc
- Negotiate and write up contracts on behalf of buyers
- Guide and communicate buyers throughout entire process from pre contract accepted to post under contract to close
