Paul Smith is the Lead Client Experience Specialist at Weinberg Choi Residential. His responsibilities include conducting Design Consultations with sellers to get their property ready for listing, showing listings to potential buyers, attending inspections, final walk throughs, and staging appointments, and showing the team’s buyer clients the homes in which they are interested.
Paul started with Weinberg Choi in January 2017 and he is licensed with Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park. Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked with Belgravia, one of the most reputable developers in Chicago. Paul brings a keen eye for details to all clients with whom he interacts. His sense of humor makes the home buying process fun, not stressful.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys decorating and designing spaces, gardening, detailing his car, and enjoying food and wine with his friends.
