Michael Kiggins is a Client Experience Specialist for Weinberg Choi Residential Team and is a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park and an Illinois Licensed Home Inspector. Michael was inspired to get his real estate license after working in his real estate license after working in his family construction business for years and wanting to grow within property management and real estate industries. Michael’s duties as a Client Experience Specialist include assisting buyer clients on showings, inspections, and other vendor appointments; and supporting seller clients by showing active listings, attending appraisals, aiding the photographer at property photos, and hosting Open Houses.
Michael started with the Weinberg Choi Residential Team in February of 2020. Before joining the team, Michael was in the financial and life and health insurance industries. Michael brings his in-depth background and knowledge of the construction/building process along with his expertise in high level customer service to the Weinberg Choi Residential Team.
Michael loves spending time with his family and being outside grilling and enjoying activities like running, cycling, and camping. Michael also enjoys traveling, reading, and going out to the latest movies!
Michael has a dual Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont in Psychology and Sociology. He also holds certificates from the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) for Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Short Sale and Foreclosure (SFR).
Michael lives on the North Shore in Northbrook, IL with his girlfriend, Katie and their dog, Bailey.
