Buyers Specialist

An individual who is sociable, optimistic, outgoing and draws energy from working with others. This person demonstrates the attitude, skills and knowledge of an agent that puts clients first, seeks win-win agreements and always does the right thing. A Buyer’s Specialist’s responsibilities include taking buyer clients on showings, accompanying clients at inspections and additional appointments, hosting Open Houses, and building relationships with like-minded people.

What will you do?

  • Cultivate relationships and convert leads
  • Maintain lead follow-up system
  • Book and conduct consultations
  • Maintain a 4-1-1, buyer’s pipeline, and metrics sheet
  • Setup searches
  • Agent duties: showings,inspections, walkthroughs, etc
  • Negotiate and write up contracts on behalf of buyers
  • Guide and communicate buyers throughout entire process from pre contract accepted to post under contract to close
